Embassy Convenes Business Engagement to Expand Kenya-Israel Trade
News

The Embassy of Kenya in Tel Aviv has convened an engagement with Israeli companies and investors to expand two-way trade and investment between Kenya and the State of Israel, building on the two countries' commitment to eliminate trade barriers and deepen commercial ties.

The Mission engaged Israeli firms operating in agri-technology, irrigation and water management, ICT and cyber-security, health innovation, and renewable energy — sectors where Israeli capabilities align with Kenya's Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda and the country's investment priorities under Vision 2030. The Embassy works in partnership with the Israel Trade and Economic Office and Kenya's investment promotion bodies to facilitate market entry, joint ventures and pilot deployments in Kenya. Kenyan exporters and service providers are also encouraged to engage the Mission for support in accessing the Israeli market. The engagement reflects the agreement by both Governments to deepen economic cooperation and remove non-tariff barriers as part of the bilateral economic dialogue.
