The Kenya High Commission in Maputo has issued an update on the consular, commercial and bilateral services available to Kenyan nationals resident in Mozambique and to Mozambican citizens and institutions seeking engagement with Kenya.
The High Commission, located at 443 Avenida Kenneth Kaunda, Sommerschield, Maputo, offers passport renewals, emergency travel documents, notarial and consular services, attestation of documents, and visa facilitation for travellers to Kenya. Applicants are encouraged to book appointments in advance via maputo@mfa.go.ke or +258 858 818 074. The Mission also provides commercial diplomacy support, including market entry guidance for Kenyan exporters into Mozambique, investor facilitation, and information on trade instruments under SADC and the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). Kenyan nationals in Mozambique are invited to register with the Mission to enable timely communication on welfare, civic obligations and community events.
