- 01Call the duty officer
Give your full name, your passport number if you have it, your location and what has happened.
- 02Tell us who else to inform
Family, a lawyer or your employer. With your consent we keep them updated.
- 03We attend and follow up
We visit where permitted, liaise with the local authorities, and stay with your case until it is resolved.
- 04What we cannot do
We cannot pay fines or legal fees, secure your release, or interfere in another country's courts.
