What happens when you call the duty officer
  1. 01Call the duty officer

    Give your full name, your passport number if you have it, your location and what has happened.

  2. 02Tell us who else to inform

    Family, a lawyer or your employer. With your consent we keep them updated.

  3. 03We attend and follow up

    We visit where permitted, liaise with the local authorities, and stay with your case until it is resolved.

  4. 04What we cannot do

    We cannot pay fines or legal fees, secure your release, or interfere in another country's courts.

Our primary mandate is to promote, protect, and advance the interests and values of the Kenyan people while delivering efficient and accessible consular services to our diaspora community in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. We also provide consular support to Kenyans travelling to the Holy Cities of Makkah and Madinah for Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage.

Beyond consular support, the Consulate acts as a gateway for fostering trade, investment, tourism, and cultural exchange. We are actively working to connect Kenyan businesses and entrepreneurs with opportunities in the Kingdom and to showcase Kenya as a premier destination for Saudi investors and tourists alike.
