Kenya’s Foreign Service Academy and the HORN International Institute for Strategic Studies signed a cooperation agreement in Nairobi to work together on diplomatic training and research.
The partnership establishes joint work in professional development, research and capacity-building, with training covering foreign policy, global affairs, negotiation and cultural competency.
Through shared research and information exchange, the two institutions aim to support evidence-based policymaking and strengthen the capacity of Kenya’s diplomatic service to navigate a complex international environment.
