Foreign Affairs signed its performance contracts for the 2026/2027 financial year to strengthen results-oriented diplomacy.
The Principal Secretary for Foreign Affairs oversaw the signing of cascaded performance contracts for the 2026/2027 financial year across the department’s leadership.
The contracts translate Kenya’s national objectives into measurable diplomatic targets, prioritising stronger international relationships, expanded trade, better consular services for citizens abroad and responsible management of resources.
Officials committed to full ownership of their targets, with periodic reviews and corrective action to ensure delivery on the Ministry’s mandate.
