I am delighted to welcome you to the official website of the Embassy of Republic of Kenya in Brasilia, Brazil. Kenya and Brazil enjoy warm and cordial bilateral relations spanning over 60 years. The Republic of Kenya and the Federative Republic of Brazil established diplomatic relations in 1963 with brazil opening its diplomatic Mission in Nairobi in 1967, while Kenya Embassy in Brasilia was opened in October 2006. The Kenyan Embassy has multiple accreditations to Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Paraguay and Uruguay.

This website has been designed to provide convenient access to essential information on Kenya's trade, business, and investment opportunities, as well as the consular services we offer. In line with the Kenya's foreign policy, the main mandate of the Embassy is to promote, project and protect the image and the interests of Kenya and the Kenyan community in Brazil and countries of accreditation.

In pursuit of our mandate, the Embassy focus is to consolidate, expand, sustain and deepen the existing friendly relations between Kenya and Brazil, and the countries of accreditation while exploring new opportunities for the benefit of the people and Government of Kenya. To exploit the great potential that exists between the two nations the Embassy has prioritized, among others, economic and commercial diplomacy, environment and climate diplomacy, science, technology and innovations especially in agriculture and other sectors.

With regards to the Kenyan Diaspora, we are seeking to establish a robust data base, strengthen the newly formed Kenyans Living in Latin America (KELLA) diaspora organisation and to improve delivery of Consular Services.

We will strive to keep this website updated and informative, ensuring a seamless and enriching browsing experience. Your feedback and suggestions for further improvement are highly valued, and I encourage you to share them with us.
